Mobile Trucking Magazine in conjunction with Boyd Moving is launching their Mobile Mascot on a one year ride along tour of North America.

Boyd MascotHello, my name is “Boyd” and on June 27th, 2014 – I will be begin a yearlong North American fundraising tour in support of “ Angel Hair for Kids ” a program of A Child’s Voice Foundation , a charity   that provides wigs and hair loss solutions to financially disadvantaged children who have lost their hair due to a medical condition or treatment.

With your help, I am attempting to travel as many miles as possible with as many drivers as possible over a one year period. I am seeking sponsorship from companies on a per mile basis, so the more distance I cover, the more funds the charity will receive. Donations can also be made by individuals or companies directly to the charity through our Giving Page for those that wish to do so.

During my tour I was hoping to have my picture taken with drivers and their trucks or groups of people at places you stop. I would also love to visit some famous land marks and attractions. Mobile Trucking will be following my tour and posting your pictures and updates in Mobile Trucking Magazine, on our website and social network pages.
